Q. Do you provide videography services?

A. No we do not, however, we have partners that do and we’ll be more than happy to refer you to them if you wish.

 

Q. What is your turnaround time?

A. Usually takes about 7-10 business days to turnaround proofs and then another 1-2 days for final edits. But can vary depending on workload.

 

Q. Do you shoot weddings?

A. No, we focus mainly on portraits, editorials, real estate & branding photography. However, we love doing engagement sessions.

 

Q. How many outfits can we wear during a photo session?

A. There’s no limit on how many outfits you have as long as you can fit it within the allotted time of your photo session.

 

Q. Can we use props?

A. Yes.

 

Q. Do you work outside of Houston?

A. Yes, however, a travel fee will be added.

 

Q. Do you do TFP collaborations?

A. We do not regularly accept offers for TFP unless there's a need for it and in that case, we'll seek out our own collaborators.

 

Q. Do you provide prints?

A. Yes. We use a third-party printing service via an optional personal password protected gallery with the option to purchase prints.

 

Q. Do you release RAW files

A. Unfortunately, we do not release the RAW files. This is simply to protect the integrity of our brand.

 

Q. Do you do studio sessions?

A. Yes, at an additional cost. We also have a mobile backdrop and lighting for house calls at no extra cost.

 

Q. Do you provide Makeup artists, hair, and clothing stylists?

A. Yes, we have a list of recommended MUA’s hair and clothing stylists at our disposal. Using any of these services will incur additional fees.

 

Q. Can I get a refund on my deposit?

A. Deposits become non-refundable 48 hours before the photo session (Unless it is an emergency).

 

Q. Can the photos be used in publications (i.e. magazines)?

A. Only with permission from the photographer depending on the circumstances.

 

Q. Can I use the photos to promote my business?

A. Absolutely! Self-promotion and advertising is fine as long as you aren’t selling the actual photos themselves.
